Design of CMOS switch for 2-bit DAC

I tried to design CMOS based inverter circuit as a first step to realize a 2 -bit Digital to Analog Converter (DAC) today.  The open-source software e-Sim has been used to design the pre-layout.

Following tools have been planed to realize 2-bit DAC

1. eSim

2. Sky130 pdk

3. ngspice

4. Magic

The snapshot of CMOS-based switch on the eSim platform.  The electrical ruler checker shows an error-free circuit.

The eSim simulation software can be download by clicking here.

Though I tried to get the response curve using ngspice software, however, could not get results because of some errors.

The learner can download ngspice by clicking here
